Cavalcade of Memories
Preserving, displaying, and sharing our history, traditions, and milestones was the purpose behind the establishment of the Cavalcade of Memories in 1972 at the National Headquarters in Indianapolis, Ind.
Purpose Statement
To collect, chronicle, and preserve the history of the American Legion Auxiliary through photographs, documents, personal mementos, and other artifacts.
To Honor & Preserve
The Cavalcade of Memories honors our veterans, Auxiliary officers, and members by displaying artifacts and examples of their accomplishments. We preserve so that others may learn.
